OUR PROCESS

PHASE ONE- INITIAL CONSULTATION

We begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss your vision, lifestyle, budget, and project scope. This meeting allows us to understand your goals and evaluate the space so we can develop the best design approach.

PHASE TWO- DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We develop a customized design concept tailored to your home, including mood boards, color palettes, furnishings, lighting, millwork, and architectural details. This phase establishes the overall look and feel of the space.

Detailed floor plans and 3D renderings help visualize the design while we curate materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure a cohesive and functional space. Once we have completed this phase we will then have a Design Presentation to share everything with you.

PHASE THREE- PROCUREMENT & PROJECT COORDINATION

Once a final design is agreed upon we move to our design execution phase where we manage sourcing, ordering, and tracking of furniture, lighting, window treatments, and decor through our trusted vendors and workrooms while coordinating with builders and trades throughout the project.

PHASE FOUR- INSTALLATION & FINAL STYLING

Once construction is complete, we oversee installation and bring in all furnishings and decor. Final styling adds the finishing touches that bring the design to life.
